Overall, I am always pleased with what I receive from Collections.
Very please with the recliner covers I ordered but had to return the King Size Quilt as it didn't Fit my bed as I thought it would. The return was easy and I assume it has been received and my account credited. I enjoy getting my Collections Etc catalog and order fairly regularly.
It was simple and easy!... I asked my sister how do you like my curtains, she said I don't and left, after she left I washed and iron and put them up. The next day I asked her again how do you like my new curtains! She told me I like them! I told her I washed, iron and hung them, I told her the same curtains. The part of my order that was delivered is exactly as ordered. I'm upset that the rest of my order is backordered when it said everything was in stock when I placed my order. One part is not scheduled to ship until the end on November.

Great items when you need to purchase gifts. I put in (irregardless of getting a discount) my email to get them and it said I was on the list so didn't qualify for discount. I have never gotten emails and if I had not gotten a catalogue yesterday I would not have ordered.
