Did not receive order number ******* MISSLRGTRQU, instead received #*******, MED Snowman Trio Jacket. Called up Collections on Oct. 14, spoke to Joseph, a customer rep and he said I will be given a certificate in the amount of $5.97.

I am always happy ordering from Collections Etc. great quality and customer service. They always make it right even when it isn't.
