I had to re-enter the program several times because lots of icons kicked me out totally and deleted my shopping cart. Other than that, it was a good shopping day. The surprise box is a big let down...

On the products to help control mole products, it did not say anything about not using around areas that your pets will be. Well, I have both cats and dogs, and I let them run around in the yard at all times. Well, I can't use the solar items that are supposed to get rid of the moles because you are not supposed to use them in any area that you have pets. So it was a complete waste of money.

I was written on the computer if I got my order or not. I didn't know we recieved it then. I contacted Colectons and stalk to someone. THey said the order went out the 26th. I just wanted to Confirm that Yes we received the order I placed o the 12th of October and were satisfied with it. Thank you. It was for a winter light up picture and a wallet. Again thank you.

Prices are good. Customer service was great. They helped me choose which Promo CODE would be best for me, however I did get the discount I had put in in beginning not the one costomer service entered which gave me a special deal on shipping and handling. Don't really know why I was charged so much for postage when the codes were changed by customer service when I called.
Love your prices and customer service was great. I will call tomorrow about postage & handling issue.
