I paid two shipping charges because items sold out in my cart, then were available TWO MINUTES later on the site. I sent this feedback before and NO ONE responded. Not happy and will not return!

I received all of my order except 2 pair of drapes. When I called about that I was told they would be sent right out since I had already paid for them. Now a charge is showing up for them again.
