Items I have ordered have been received quickly and are of good quality
I was sent different to what I ordered and then had to pay postage to return it which was almost as much as the item
Only problem was I was told it was coming Fed Ex. My mailman delivered the package.
Snore strap to big for a medium
Have not received my order! I had to call customer service to find out why & was then told part of my order is on back order & was shipping 6-5-20. Federal Express states that shipping label was created 6-4-20. The package has not yet been actually sent on this date 6-7-2020. It seems Federal Express has not received it. It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order. If you can send me an email to get a review, there is no excuse for not keeping me informed as to when I will receive it!

Everything went well with Collections etc. I felt for a sweater shrug the price was a bit high. When the added on expenses of shipping & processing were included it made the price even higher. Tax expenses I expect.
This was my first time ordering online and I was a little slow. I'm sure I will have a better experience next time because I will be more familiar with the process.
