I ordered 3 pair of curtains for my kitchen, one pair 24" and two pair 30". I received 3 pair 24" and called customer service. I was told i would have to pay to send the curtains back, your mistake, not mine. I gave the curtains to Good Will and put your address into spam. I am not a happy customer right now. Why should i have to pay to send curtains back when it was not my error. I only needed one pair 24" curtains for my door and needed 30" panels for my two windows; i would not have ordered all 24" curtains when they would be too short for my windows. As a result i bought 36" curtains elsewhere and sewed the tops down 6 inches to fit my windows.
