The Christmas shirt I ordered was a little dissappointing. I didn't care for the colors, and the bird was almost undistinguisable as a bird. The other two shirts were fine.

You need CSR's who understand English at a proficient level, instead of outsourcing. Your people read word-for-word off of some print sheet and cannot answer basic questions. At least offer an illusion of customer service.

I have always been happy with the products I receive from your company and will continue to purchase items I like in the future.

The praying bear (pink) that I purchased was not up to your standards. It is supposed to say a prayer but the recording is so bad you wouldn't know what it was saying if you weren't aware of it. I chose to remove the battery and front "press me" label and sew up the back. I was a little disappointed in that item, but all others were fine.

Items were so cute very well made and will make a great additional to the fairy garden.

Items that I ordered where just like what the pictures had shown. The ordering process was simple, I got quick confirmation, and acknowledgment of shipping. The package contents were packed well, and all arrived in good condition.

I am very satisfied with my order (only have 1 thing that I am not in love with). Other than that - no issues.

The doll was not presented well,just stuffed in a box and and kind of messy had to try to prim it up
