When I did not receive my products I contacted customer service who told me my credit card had been refused. It would have been nice to have been informed before I had to contact you.

Quality was poor. Contacted customer service and they replaced the item but it was defective also. They gave me a prompt refund but I wanted the item to match what was shown in the catalog. I bought matching blanket and shams. Shams were defective and did not match. Refund did not help. Now I have a blanket and no shams. Customer service was prompt and polite.

All items ordered were as described, my husband was especially fond of his garden gnome
