So far, so good, but I have always had a good shopping experience with Collections, Etc. Even those times when the item was damaged or not to my expectation, their customer service reps have always been extremely helpful and resolved the problem without hesitation. The Christmas canvas was misleading and untrue. The roof lights and Christmas tree do not light up.
