I like the experience but I wish what I order were in stock must the Items that I order are always on back order.

Waited quite awhile for my order was kinda of concerned that I hadn't received it. Then it finally came.

I did not receive the electrical cord that was supposed to be included with the mosquito devise.

My email said Free Shipping on $50 order; no prerequisites were mentioned. At checkout, I was charged $10.99 for shipping. I called your 800 number for help, waited 20 minutes on hold; finally hung up. I ordered only because i really needed the curtains. Not a good experience.
