My dissatisfaction is from an order I placed in the beginning of the year. The item was a very flimsy wheeled snow shovel, customer service very quickly issued a credit for the item and said there was no need to return it. What they neglected to say was that it had an expiration date, so when I went to use it I was very bluntly told it had expired and there was nothing that could be done to reinstate it even though I wasn't told it had an expiration date. I've placed other orders since then and each time I get a survey I gripe about the same thing and to this day I haven't received a reply. I suppose you won't be posting or answering this review either.
