I have no problem with your products.I have trouble with your discounts.I never received a 20% discount on my first order and i had trouble with the shipping discounts on my second order.All of that took me a lot of extra time and I STILL DIDNT GET THE RIGHT ONE! Plus on still missing stuff on first order.

I have emailed collections etc. 3 times about this order #*******. I have received no answer. The computer says it is reserved. The things on this order has been reordered and is supposed to be here tomorrow. (I will believe it when I get it.) Anyway, I have received no answer to my emails to you and do not know if my charge card has already been charged for the items ordered. Hope you can get this mess straightened out.
