Excellent and quick service. Very happy with the products as well.

I purchased gifts and haven't given them yet.

I am not sure the O2 meter is working correctly.But I did only pay $30 for it.I did not keep my recept so I can't send it back.The bow garland was what I expected. The snowman tree topper arms are not as long as I thought they would be but I will have to see it on my tree to see it it will work.The items are not top quality but I did not pay the price for top quality.

I order two tablecloth only received one. The shipping charge was told to me on the phone $3.00 when I got the bill it was $13.00. The Tabletop Cornucopia was much smaller then I expected.

Love the beautiful Christmas items. I have ordered so many of them over the past two years. Keep it up!
I am very satisfied with everything I have purchased through Collections and, believe me, it has been a lot! Everything is as pretty in person as in the catalog. I love Collections, Etc. and hope they remain in business for many, many more years.

I love this store! But several items I've brought were not in working order. The blue ice cycles didn't work, the light tester did not come with instructions, and the cardinal lantern wasn't as tall as it looked. What can one expect for items $14.99?

I have always love to shop collectionsetc i think they are a great company and have very good prices.

The curtains were on backorder for many weeks. When they finally came, I had found something else. I will be returning them. I tried stop the shipment but it was too late. The curtains were of good quality.

Since I just placed the order -- I can better answer these questions once I receive the product in the time indicated etc..

I was fascinated with the items being sold especially when they were on sale. I find it hard to resist a SALE!

The product did not look as well-made as the picture, so I was a little disappointed. It wasn't bad, but had a little less attention to detail.
