Sweater that I ordered was really not a sweater, but more of a T-shirt made to look like a cardigan
Box that my order arrived in was quite beat up, dented on the sides. Items were not damaged, however.

I finally figured that to complete a sale with Paypal on your site you have to also go thru secured checkout. I am very happy with the products and service at Collections, Etc

The items I ordered came early, which was great.

I signed up for email and was supposed to get 15% discount. The discount was not applied at checkout. It was only $4.35 so i just closed out anyway.

Easy to order, quality very good, will order more.

The window thermometer wasn't any good. Didn't return it because it wasn't worth the postage cost to do so.

If buying something metal from you, always there are holes drilled wrong and need to be redrilled to be able to assemble. This has been so since my first order with you years ago.
