Other than the mail man delivering my package to the wrong house it was fine. I called in & was assured that Collections would replace my order. Thankfully an honest neighbor brought it to me.

When you tried to us the promotional code the order price went higher if you use them.
Very poor quality. I purchased 3 of these. I did not open the delivery with the first 2 until I ordered and received the 3rd one. I was very disappointed. They were so poorly made that I could not give them to my grandchildren.
Good stufff
When i ordered the magnet for my dishwasher, it stated that there would also be a set of fridge snowman velcro for my handles and also one for the stove handle. I called once and a lady told me that the trio meant 3 snowmen on the magnet. I called back later in the day and spoke to a guy and he had me on
Hold for 3 or 4 minutes and then came back to tell me there was a typo on that particular page and should not have included the parts for the fridge and the stove. The typo was not my fault and i feel i should have been shipped what the page said.
I ordered from you last year and again this year so I would say that puts you up high in my book, in fact I will be placing another order in the morning. You guys are great to deal with and I don't have to wait forever on my items.
Two items I wanted to order were out of stock. The Flannel Pajamas in XXXL and the black and white LED snowy Christmas scene. I was very disappointed.
