Very happy with everything and timing in receiving my order was excellent.
It took nearly 3 weeks to get this item. After 2 weeks when I started checking on it I was informed of a problem with my account - couldn't charge it. Then I tried to cancel the whole thing - and lo and behold you magically charged my account. If you didn't have the correct card number in the first place, how were you able to now charge it. I should have received an email within a few days of the order if there was a problem. Not good service.
It was very disappointing experience overall. I tried to resolve my issue with your customer service, which was very insincere. So please remove my name and stop sending your catalog from now on.
