Your website needs help, it is very slow. Another thing; I knew what I wanted, but your site has no availablity to order specific items quickly.

Easy & quick

Was easy to place the order and check out was quick. Received the package in a very timely manner. The only issue I had was that I never received a shipping confirmation after the order confirmation. But I called and the agent I spoke with was very helpful and accommodating and checked the status so I had an idea when to expect arrival. And she was very accurate. Appreciated the personal attention.

The order I placed was a large order. I received the packages and 1 item was missing. I contacted customer service and they promptly took care of the problem and sent out the missing item. I am very pleased with the items purchased and the quality of the customer service.
