I had ordered some black out drapes and some holiday themed silverware holders. Upon receipt of my order, I got a rug, which I did not order and the drapes, which I did order. I called customer service and was told to keep the rug at no charge and they would ship out my previously ordered and purchased silverware holders. On that same day I was once again charged for the silverware holder. I appreciate the rug, but did not appreciate being double charged for the silverware holder. I believe it will be corrected if it is not already, but if I did not watch my account, I would have paid twice.
