Received the item, but it was damaged, called customer service on 6/4 and after numerous explanations of what was the damage the person said she would put in replacement order (?), haven't gotten any information on that yet It is 6/11) Called customer service today to see if I could find out what was going on - nobody home! Have tried to send them an email, will se how that works.

I like the unique items. A little disappointed in the leaf Trellis. I purchased several years back and the prongs to push it into the ground were more sturdy and there were 3 rather than 2. I'm sure it will be fine. The last purchase of this trellis is over 6 years and still standing.

I received the metal insects (bees, ladybugs), but I still have not received the flower mat rolls. I did receive notice that they would be here in a week and that was a few weeks ago. So I am concerned.

Completely satisfied with everything I received so far. I am waiting for some items that were put on backorder.

Not very happy at the moment. This order was a duplicate. I know you had plenty of time to
Cancel, but you wouldn't.

I did order a few months ago, and was very satisfied.

One item from vendor had a piece that was broke. It took more time to receive my order.

It took a lot longer than I thought to receive my item but due to COVID 19 I was being patient.

I like the order of the list. Problem is when something is sold out it should be removed and not show up in the next issue. I keep losing my favorites when I get new email and want to put the two together

I had an internet issue when ordering these products an d when I was notified 1 item I chose was N/A the order went through twice.I am still checking Pay Pal to see if double payments were sent to you. My advice to you is to tell ppl the item is N/A before hitting submit.
