I was so happy to receive my order before Dec 1. I immediately opened it and tore all tags off before realizing that the Comforter I ordered in King Size was only a Twin size. This is the only time I have had a mistake in an order so I am not too unhappy and can still use the comforter as a throw. I will still order from this company because these things do happen and all is well.

I've been shopping at Collections, Etc. for a couple years, and absolutely love it! Many items that are "different" than regular stores have. Unique thiings. Always been happy with this co.! I will continue to shop from Collections, Etc.! The deer lamp is beautiful, and I absolutely love it!

I ordered blue placemats for a round table and received the Xmas version of placemats for a round table. Shape was correct but color was not. Item matches the price "cheap".

I love the products that I have purchased & I love their quality at the prices Collections. Etc charges. Better than most retailers.
Everything was fine except the Star Bright which was disappointing. In order to be really effective we would have had to buy 2 of them to cover the whole house. The green light was much more powerful than the red, and it seems that it would have been much more effective if it was in the shape of a rectangle rather than a square since houses are usually more rectangular than square. For the $40 cost I felt that Star Bright was not as good as I had hoped. I just put it in the mail today for a refund.
