I only had one issue. On the mailbox swag, the solar battery came to me with the battery loose from the little metal box it sits in. Looks like the glue did not hold it in.

I didn't realize I had received my Green and Gold card discount at checkout because the cost did not reflect it. It wasn't until I received an email after my purchase that informed me I had also received the 10% off, on top of the 15% special you had offered. Thank you for writing me back with the explanation. It would have saved you a poor evaluation if at checkout, it would have let me know I did receive both discounts. Also, your free shipping offer should have contained a disclaimer that it could be the only discount offer used, to prevent customers from feeling misled, and resulting in unnecessary miscommunication, as I had experienced. All in all, after the email with the 10% discount reflected in my purchase price, it seems like a fair business transaction had occurred, just a communication error. Perhaps your company can make this more clear for future purchases.

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
