Can only use one discount so new customers can only take advantage of 1 discount. Not a nice welcome. Also, the $2.25 "processing fee" is pure garbage. I'm not impressed. Sure hope the quality is worth it.

Not sure which order this is because I received a few.
I signed up and got a 15% off your entire order email...tried to use it and told the shipping promo was my discount. Shipping is shipping plain and simple. A 15% off your entire order is a discount not SHIPPING. Seems to be a bit of misleading going on here. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I couldn't, they were on another call. I told them I would wait to speak to one. I was put on hold, and same gentleman came back saying there was not one available they were busy. Not good customer service at all.
