I use them when I can get free shipping. The prices are good, and most times the quality is good. But when there isn't free shipping, the shipping charges are too high for me to want to buy items.
I was offered a 15% discount on orders over 50$ and I spent over 50$. There was also a Free Shipping on orders over 30$ today and I spent over 30$. When I got to the end I was dismayed that I couldn't use both discounts. I will think twice before shopping with you again.
