Great experience. Pleased with products.

I don't like how you have items shown that are sold out...But I have been happy with other furniture covers that I have bought from Collections Etc.

I enjoy the variety of products you offer.

I purchased a pair of winter gloves with a opening for a battery for each glove. Have tried the gloves about 10 times so far and they do not work. I am going out tomorrow and buy a couple of different batteries and see if that helps. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper so far.

The Christmas things I bought for my home I liked.

The problem I had wasn't the product. The problem was that when I went to chek the shipping number it was sent by usps and not UPS. On your site it was telling me that it was shipped UPS but was sent by USPS.

I was disappointed in the quality of the product I received.
