I ordered several items from Collections Etc. When emailing to find out if the item was delivered, it would be nice to include what the item was so I would know for sure what had been delivered. Two items have not arrived, but Collections Etc. has always been reliable.

I always find what I'm looking for at a price that is reasonable with fast delivery.

I did get the green & gold discount - but I'd like to suggest that you show that on the order when it is being placed. It appears that one is not receiving it, & this can be confusing/irritating, etc.

Fast delivery time

The product was just what I expected.

I wish the delivery people use my side door due to the increase of packages being stolen.

Although the prices ARE great, I was surprised at the high cost of shipping plus processing at checkout. Very surprised.

Obtained the product for half the price of competitors. Processing fee is bogus but free shipping was nice.

As always I am satisfied with my purchase from your company...excellent decorative items and small inexpensive gifts for give-aways. Have only been dissatisfied with one item in the past.

I received this order that I placed on Nov. 17 within just a few days but the order that I placed on Nov. 24 has not arrived yet. Don't know what the problem is with it but I think FedEx is to blame.
