Okay experience. In general items are not as nice as they appear online.

Very easy

I particularly liked the "fur" doggie coat and plan to purchase another one or two shortly. They are perfect for the dog owners among my friends. And the barstool covers are much nicer than they appear in the catalog. I am going to order the chair covers to match.

Great Christmas decor
When you send me an info request, please tell me what I ordered. I did get the fiber optic house and I presume that is what you refer to.
I got it promptly and with no defects and it is beautiful and the highest quality. We love how it brings the spirit of Christmas into our home.

The Joseph figure of the Nativity scene is defective. I realize I could return it, but by the time I got a replacement, time for Christmas will be over. We will figure out our own repair instead. Very disappointed.

Everything came as prosmised.
