Learned to expect the sub-liminal quality from china.
It is still fairly easy to shop online. However, if a product is in stock and it is stated so on the ordering page, I expect it to be that way. Instead a product that I was told it was available in the middle of November, won't really be available until December 18th and it is a Christmas decoration item. In addition to the fact that had I not called, I would have never known, no one bothered to email me or even send me a card about the status of the item. Honesty is the best policy!
