Over all, through the years, I have had a good experience with the items I have ordered. But this last item I ordered was very disappointing. Everything looks good in the catalog, but when it came in, I felt like sending it back, but it wouldn't be worth it with the shipping costs. I ordered a lawn stake for the front yard to go with my other Christmas decorations. It looks like a stack of 4 wrapped packages with lights. I'll use it inside the house, because of the very thin plastic PVC "packages", I would think it wouldn't withstand harsh Michigan winter weather. And I keep my outdoor decorations up long after Christmas and New Year's. The "packages" are very pretty and shinny with "glitter." It looks very nice with my pop-up tinsel Christmas trees.

I have ordered from you several times and have always enjoyed what I had purchased.
Until a recent order was unsatisfactory My experience was good. However my most recent purchase was poor; this was related to one of the purchases being inoperable. This relates to the Bronze Solar Gutter Lights: item #*******. This set of two lights never worked. Apparently(?) the batteries do not charge up after a week of being exposed to the sun; I never saw any illumination from the lights. This was not what I expected!
