Using your catalog, I could not find a single item that I wanted from the catalog, whether I used the item number, or the item name (exactly as it shows in the catalog). I assumed this meant you were out of all of them. So I Googled the items, one by one, thinking maybe somebody else may carry the same items. To my surprise, your website was one of them that came up, and when I clicked on the items from the Google search page, I was able to purchase the items. I'm not sure why that is, but it was frustrating to me. Glad I got to order them, though, and the purchase went smoothly, once I had the items in my cart.

Positive shopping experience. Absolutely love the flat tree that hangs on the wall - saves space, good quality, low cost. It has lights, red bows, and blue and red Christmas balls already on it. I added more of my own ornaments and it is just beautiful.

I ordered 2 items. A LED knitcap & a Ponytail hat. I only received the knit cap. Where is the ponytail hat? The list that was in the box said the cap was also in there, but it isn't.
