I am a little upset for not receiving a product i orderes 2 weeks ago, and not received it yet. Checked transit and said it was on the way. I can not get in to check transit since then.

Ordered two large heavy beautiful screens. One arrived via Fed Ex but the other one did not. Fed Ex said they delivered it the next day and left it on the front porch but I was home all day andntheyndid not leave anything at my house.
I contacted customer service and Collectionsetc canceled the order for the second screen and took it off my account and then ordered the screen again on a separate order and I will not be charged on my account until I verify the second screen has been delivered.
They did not argue or give me any hassle. They are going to take care of filing a claim with Fed Ex and all I have to do is wait for my second screen to arrive.
My experience with customer service was excellent. I could not ask for any better way for it to be handled. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
