The price on one of my items (I had two of them in my cart) went up $1.00 each while I was still shopping. I feel that since I had just put those items into my cart, they should have stayed at the price they were for at least the remaining 5 minutes of my shopping before I checked out.
Also, I used to get unique solar lights from this site all year long, for a very good price. I've noticed that the selection has gone down and the prices are more or less higher. This could be due to a general slowdown in the selling of solar lights and not anything on Collectionsetc.'s part, but I don't have that "I can always go find something new and different there" feeling anymore.

ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE FREE SHIPPING DEALS EXPIRE TOO SOON!
All items in first delivery were as expected. Wall tree received at a later date because of back order. Arrived sooner than the scheduled shipping date. However, after I ordered it my sister said it was very difficult to assemble. I thought of cancelling that item, but it came before I got around to it. Thankfully my sister is coming soon for a short visit and said she would put it together for me.
I haven't had time to use the item I purchased. Not sure if I can use it after all. I will contact you if I need to return it.
GREAT catalog and website. I was disappointed that one item was advertised and out of stock when I ordered it but their merchandise is so impressive. I will order again and again.
