Second time I ordered in a few weeks. Happy with delivery so far. Some of the solar items do not light or if they light it is only for a few min.
The time for shipping included two weeks which is a long time compared to other sites. As as result will probably use other sites rather than this site unless I know I have plenty of time to wait for the products to be shipped to me.

First, why should new customers get discounts only when some of us have ordered for years with collections and get no special discounts. 2nd the $20 rebate spiel was horrible, I don't hang up on people because i wouldn't want it done to me, but the woman wouldn't take no for an answer. I can't afford to pay $16. A mo. For anything. I really can't, i am a disabled person on medicare and that's like having no money at all. So what happened is my order went in twice and i have been waiting for instructions on what to do with the 2nd order because i was told to call when it came to see if collections could help me. I am assuming maybe give me free shipping back to the company, but i haven't heard anything yet and i haven't received my bill yet to see if the 2nd item is still on it.
I ordered on November 26th and got it a couple days later. My husband picked up the box out of our porch and said "it feels like it is empty, it is so light". I opened the box. I couldn't believe it, he was right. There were magazines inside and a receipt, but no merchandise.
I was shocked, sad, and very surprised.
I called your company and told them what had happened to us. They said that another one would be sent.
I still can't believe this happened. Don't you have a quality control department that varifies each order that is being sent out?
