You make it ectremely difficult to use the shopping codes you gave in emails. You still need to get a toll free number for settling disputes, and even after all these years, I find it hard to believe you do not hold UPS to a higher standard in delivering your delightful items. I'm lucky if UPS gets my boxes past the curb.
This time, the UPS delivery person actually rang the doorbell, after dark, and left the package snuggled safely. It's a first for UPS i this area. Hope it continues.
I was disappointed that a few items I viewed online and placed in my cart were "sold out" when I checked out less than 10 minutes later.
