Shopping experience was great, however there was some trouble with my password word ~ you said you would send it and I never received it so I went through the guest check-out.

Easy website but had trouble with final transmittal for most of the day. Called customer service but was told problem was on my side. Not so. Representative was not willing to check into my problem. Not good.
My experience with CollectionsEtc has generally been good, although I usually order by phone instead of online. I called with a question before placing my order online and the operator was helpful. Shoppers should be aware that Collections has limited customer service hours, so it is quite possible that an issue will not be resolvable within a needed time frame. Customer Service has been helpful when I have dealt with them. During the holiday season they've shipped quickly and items have arrived in good condition.
I decided to put CHRIST back in Christmas. The purchases I made did just that!
