I am totally shocked at the customer service I recieved from this company...I did my review saying I was pleased with the companys end of the transaction...delivery of the product,but the product wasnt working properly after one week.I mentioned that in the review and 1 day later I had an email and a full refund...WOW unexpected gesture and amazing customer service! That in itself would make me a loyal returning customer who shares that with EVERYONE! Happy Holidays!

I have not yet received violin cup I ordered Nov. 30th. Was so happy to find one but disappointed I haven't received it. I received all of my other orders in a timely time. Please Please check into it. I will be so disappointed if I don't receive it in time for Christmas. It was for a very special violinist. Thank you.

It's a nice clock,works great, but it has no backlight unless you hit snooze, then it lights up for about 3 seconds. Hard to see the display in dim light.
