The quality was not good at all.
The return label was missing from the enclosed receipt. So returning the items will be more bothersome, since I will have to stand in line at the post office.

I've purchased many different items from Collections Etc. from curtains, drapes, kitchen helpers, household items, jewelry, clothing, garden decorations to Holiday items and everything has always been of high quality and the price is very reasonable.

Only one product, the back support, somewhat disappointed me. I had expected something with a little more support. Everything else was fine.

Delivery took a little longer than I expected, and one box was slightly crushed. The product was a comforter so it was fine, however. I am sure that the holiday rush had a lot to do with it and it left your facility in a speedy fashion.
