The shipment arrived very fast

The item I received was a little smaller than I expected but I should have checked closer to the specifications. All in all I like the product and the service.

As a senior citizen, I ordered all my Christmas Gifts on line and all my gifts have arrived on time including the items ordered from Collectionsetc.com. One item was on backorder and it was received today. Thanks Collectionsetc. Com for your great service. It would have been difficult for me to walk through those department stores.

Quick and easy to order on line.

I was surprised at the quality of the bed set I ordered. The fabric quality was good as well as the construction. It washed up beautifully and looks wonderful on the bed.

My ordered was delayed 3 times.I was told on the way and then sent new date happened 3 times.

Some of the products were difficult to put together and not very well built. The battery cases seem to be the biggest problem. The 'buttons' don't work at times.

I like the wide variety of products offered. I never know what I will find whenever I am just browsing the site. I always end up making a purchase.:)
