Love ordering from your catalog! I have one of the things I ordered on back order, but, otherwise I am very happy with my order and with all previous orders.
I really liked the items I ordered but one of the ornaments I received was broken. I have returned that item to collectionsetc.order #*******. I shipped it back on 12-10-15. When I called today, 12-22-15, I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before I would receive a replacement. I was hoping to receive it before then as it was intended for a Christmas present. It would be very much appreciated if this matter could be taken care of sooner than the time I was told. I have been a very satisfied customer with your company for a long time, so I'm sure you'll get this matter taken care of as soon as possible. Thank you

The shipping is slow, and one of my angel ornaments arrived with the bottom light up part not attached to the ornament - it could be glued back on. Otherwise everything is great - great prices and big selection.

Easy and quick. This last order took longer than any order I've placed before. However, it's Christmas time and that may have been part of the problem. I was given a date for arrival, then said it was in-transit, then gave another later date for arrival. I'll still shop and order, it was probably the time of year and maybe some problem I wasn't aware of. Still a good company with good products and usually an excellent delivery time.
