I'm glad you brought the Heart Visor Clips back. I've been trying to get one for my daughter for a long time, and now I can give it to her for Christmas! The flameless candles and Santa village I don't know yet, as they are going to be given as gifts for Christmas. They are in their sealed boxes and wrapped to give, so won't know until the recipients open them up.
I ordered three items. Two arrived in the box. I called customer service and told them of the missing item, and that I had hoped to give it as a Christmas present. They gave me the option of a refund or keeping the order and they would try to get the item to me before Christmas. The item arrived on Dec. 23. I very much appreciate the quality of the items and the manner with which I was treated by customer service. It makes me feel good about the whole company and willing to recommend collectionsetc.com to others.

Love every item but I ordered prayers and promises for boys and I was sent the one for girls, I hope I can still get the boy book.
