The expected ship date came up after the order was placed, christmas will be over by the time it arrives. Not happy. That was on Dec 3rd. I was very pleased when it arrived early, and you used FEDEX, more reliable than USPO

I thought that I would be eligible for 15% off my $50. Order and free shipping but it is not allowable to use two promo codes. I then reduced the order to a lesser amount and took advantage of the free shipping.

Items were exactly as advertised. Prices are somewhat inflated for the quality of the items. But I feel that when purchased on sale or clearance at a lower price then it is a fair value.

I was disappointed that something I ordered did not show up as back-ordered until I received my order confirmation. The item was specifically for decorating for the holidays and wasn't due to be shipped until afterwards. I could not cancel the item online, I had to e-mail customer service.

I tried to order last night, but the person on the phone wanted to charge me $25. Shipping for a $25 order. So I canceled the order and decided to try online. Well, it worked. I am very pleased. Your website is easy to negotiate and find the things I needed.
