Most of the time I am satisfied with my experience, but when I ordered the 100 ft. Flex hose, I had to return it, as a piece broke into & leaked all over me. Then they replaced it as it cost almost $100., but after using it a few months, the whole hose exploded, so I just threw it in the trash. Almost everything I have ordered have been okay, but sometimes you feel it just isn't worth the price you had to pay. Love the free shipping, makes it all worth while. Love the braided rugs, especially with the slip resistance on the back. Have a handicapped little dog & when I ordered the first two, had to get two more, to make a path for her to get from the kitchen into the living room & bedroom, without falling, as she has a bad leg that she can't use. She has already gotten use to walking on the rugs, so she don't fall. Thanks, Pat

I did not receive all the products that I ordered that was stated on my paper. I then called the 800 number and they said my tights were on backorder but my papers said they were delivered. The 2 wall Christmas trees was on back order and the person I talked to I asked to have it cancelled but I do not know if both trees were credited to my account as the total she quoted did not sound correct after I had already hung up with them. I have never had this many issues with an order from your company before
I was looking for angels to decorate the tables for our church party and the ones I ordered made the table absolutely beautiful. I had one tiny angel that did not light, a another box, one was broken, and the other 4 separate were beautiful and functional angels for decorating our church party tables.
Was an easy shopping experience. Have purchased on several occasions from Collections and will do so again when the occasion arises.
