Only received half of our order initially. Busy season, things happen. Reporting that issue by phone was a little troublesome---difficulty understanding the lady taking my call. But, in the end, we got the remainder of our order so all is well that ends well.

Really like the Star Shower- purchasing our second one. I don't know what the guarantee is, but if it lasts, it will be a great relief to my 72 year-old husband that he doesn't have to climb a ladder to set up lights!

Everything I ordered came with in a week and was what I expected it to be.

Fast and easy

Usually I receive your products in a timely manner. This order took almost twice as long as normal to get to me. As it had some Christmas Outdoor lights in the order I was very disappointed that I did not get the order til Dec. 19th. I ordered on Dec. 4th. And usually get your orders within a week.
