The zipper broke the 1st time I wore the coat.

The doll stand I ordered was damaged and did not fit the doll. Because the price was reasonable, I did not return it. I felt like it would be more cost effective to keep it.

I had trouble placing the order, kept getting kicked off the screen so I called Cust. Srvc. To verify that the order (one order only) had gone through and was told to call back in an hour or so. She could not help me. I just want to make sure the order was not duplicated.
