I love it when you have specials but I would also enjoy it if I could use the membership I paid for toward the specials. I was not aware I could not & you kept advertising everytime I have made purchases of which I have made many so finally I paid the $14.99 only to be told I could not use it on sale items, I find this to be unfair & very misleading by you but I still order.

I wrote the top comment on the day I ordered. Now to let you know how unhappy I am. Never received an email stating the item was back ordered. Then following tracking it should of been delivered on the 19 and it showed it up until the end of day and date disappeared. Called and called fed x then was told it had to be delivered to my local post office. Then tracking showed delivery 12/22 guess what tracking shows delivered at 4:09 but we never received it. Called on the 23 local post office am and again when leaving work the package was delivered to the wrong address. I went and got it myself cause if not wouldn't of had it for Xmas Eve. Am I happy no way will I order again no way. This message probably be deleted but at least I feel better.
I received my order but was too busy with other holiday preparations to actually use the items in my order.
