I've ordered from collections etc. a few times and I'm always satisfied with their products for the dollars.

You do not send a order conformation. That light you send to me burned two days before Christmas, and it blow a brake in a basement. The fridge with a food was on the same brake. That Christmas light course a lot of problem.

The heater I ordered is cute, but I made the mistake of not noticing that it doesn't have a temp. Set, so it continues to blow heat until you turn it off. My ordered items were shipped in boxes separately using different delivery companies.

Shipping was terrible. Package was open when I received it. It was delayed for two days at FedEx.

Delivery was quick, items were in perfect condition and couldn't be more satisfied.
