Collections delivery is quicker than any other sites I buy from. I am happy for that. Their goods are just great but as with all things some goods are not perfect and arrive damaged or not what I had ordered. A call to customer service takes care of everything and the problem is solved. This does not happen frequently. However I am greatly satisfied with the work customer service does. The are kind to the complaining customer (not that I EVER complain) and the problem is solved immediately. I Love shopping with Collections. The prices are good, but I do not enjoy the 14.99 program. I feel some items should be priced below the 14.99 because of other competitors prices on the internet. I wish they would get rid of the 14.99 and give true pricing.
