CART BECAME EMPTY WHEN TRYING TO ORDER. Had to go back and find items and then put them back in cart. Other than that, there was no problem.

The ordering process is definitely easy and I definitely loved my products, but the time that it took to ship to me was absolutely ridiculous! I am a very understanding person and I understand that there are things going on right now that could delay shipping, but when I order from other companies after I order from you and those orders get to me a heck of a lot faster coming from further away, then there is an issue there! I am not just talking about just one other company! I ordered from 3 other companies after ordering from you all and they were all further away from me and I got every single one of those orders way before I got your all's! I loved the products, so I am not seeking a refund or anything, but just know that I don't plan on ordering from you all for quite sometime for that reason! You all might want to get better systems in place in the meantime! Thank you for the products though!
