Really enjoyed the discounts
I ordered a Santa glass block light for a Christmas gift exchange at church. Everyone loved it, and it was "stolen" by several members during the gift exchange. I had to order more. They came in a timely manner and again all the recipients raved about them. It was made very well and was easy to assemble.
Here's my problem, back in late October I had some major service issues and had an ongoing correspondence with the Customer Service. After some investigation by your C S Dept. it was determined that I was right and a refund and crediting would follow. I was so happy I immediately placed an order. And have placed a number of orders since. Now we're coming onto the New Year and I'm still waiting to be compensated. Your a great company with wonderful products--I hope we can clear up this over site. Thank-you, Darlene M. Krenke *******@yahoo.com
All the discounts are a little confusing. Had to do a bunch of different ways to figure out my best purchase option. I got an e-mail with a discount but couldn't use it with the shipping option even though it is free over $ 30.00. Was confusing.

Ordered the coat rack with bench -- wasn't expecting much for such a cheap price, but it is surprisingly sturdy and quite attractive. Easy to put together, although I would attach the seat to that shelf before attaching the shelf to the legs -- I found that it was quite awkward getting screwdriver in place with the shelf and legs already attached.
