As of today I was very disatisfied regarding an email I received saying I had a 14.99 merchandise credit. I tried 3 times to use it and finnaly had to call your company and talk to customer service gal Barb,she even had trouble. She finally got it to work,but the price of the sweatshirt. Was 4.00 more than on line,when I told her that you can skip my order and I will not order again,she adjusted the price. All in all calling you is long distance for me,no 800 number for such a large company! I really will have to think twice if I"m going to order again from you..

Very dissatisfied because it took 3 weeks to get items. Finally received afternoon of Christmas Eve. Had to track items down, but items were not where they said. I was told it was because of how your company shipped and with whom. I've ordered from you lots but never had a problem. I hope that's the only time! I really do like your items
The products and price were fine but the delivery was terrible. I ordered the beginning of Dec. And it wasn't delivered until Christmas Eve. It sat in Harrisburg for over a week at the post office before being sent to my home in Perry County. I needed the items 3 days before Christmas for a get together. I was very upset with the shipping.
