I love this company. I always find what I want. They do need to find another shipping method. No one knew where my package was for about 5 days. That is the *only* complaint I have ever had with Collections, Etc.
My order was shipped about two weeks after I placed the order. It arrived on the 23rd after I had left town. It is a Christmas light and I was unable to use it because of the late arrival.

Everything was as expected & good, except part of my order was back-ordered and I did know this until too late to re-order. I had to hope to find it locally right before Christmas. If you notified via email I did not see it. It needs to be more visible and fairly immediate. Thank you.
